Challenges
The legal sector demands a high level of trust before users take action. Advokatguiden wanted to increase the number of visitors filling out their quote request form, one of the key conversion touchpoints of the website alongside the search function.
Solution
The homepage, the search experience, and the quote request form were redesigned. Each touchpoint was reworked to reduce friction, reinforce credibility, and guide users more naturally toward requesting legal help.
