Challenges
Mental wellness is deeply personal. Users sharing emotional data need strong reassurance around privacy to engage with the app. Era must feel safe and trustworthy without feeling clinical.
Solution
The onboarding and paywall flows were designed with deliberate attention to data transparency messaging, integrated naturally into the experience. A marketing website was also designed to acquire new users, establishing trust from the first touchpoint before the app is even opened.
